Our Story
Hoosier Que started with a simple love for great BBQ and fine bourbon. What began as backyard cookouts and competition smoking has grown into a full-service restaurant and bourbon bar right here in Indiana.
We smoke all our meats low and slow over Indiana hardwood — no shortcuts, no compromises. Every brisket, rack of ribs, and pulled pork shoulder gets the time and attention it deserves.
And when it comes to bourbon, we take it just as seriously. Our bar features over 200 hand-selected whiskeys from across the country, with a focus on small-batch and hard-to-find bottles.
